Repair and Return Policy

Absolute Medical will take full responsibility for any repairs that are needed during the manufacturer's warranty period. Providing equipment that works effectively is our number one priority and in those rare occasions when a patient is having equipment difficulties we will personally deliver the same equipment to his/her doorstep and mail the defective equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and repair. Once the equipment is repaired and delivered to our office we will personally deliver the equipment to the patient. This delivery and repair service is free to the patient and is our way of attaining 100% customer satisfaction with our patients.
